Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 225g spaghetti, cooked according to package
  • 4 cups fresh spinach(160 g)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts(50 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (30g), grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (120ml)

Directions

  • In a food processor, add all ingredients to make pesto and blend until walnuts are finely blended.
  • Combine pesto sauce into spaghetti and mix until the sauce fully coats the pasta.
  • Serve and top it off with parmesan cheese.
